A tunnel breakthrough of an under construction 25 megawatts Upper Dordi-A hydropower in Lamjung district, has been achieved, a project official said today.

    It could have been a big project for Nepal. It will surely be worth it, and provides a big help for the people. Unless, there's corruption involved.
