Malaguti is a traditional Italian motorcycle brand, founded in the 1930s by the Malaguti family near Bologna in Italy. Building bicycles first, Malaguti later switched to building small displacement motorcycles - mainly 50 and 125 cc. In 2011, Malaguti stopped production. The Malaguti family sold the brand name to Austrian KSR Group in 2018. KSR Group started production of Malaguti motorcycles in 2019.
