How to make cannelloni with cottage cheese, spinach and ham:




Hello everyone ... I hope you are well today ... to all who read this (and those who do not read) I wish you a happy new year 2020 I hope you have happy holidays and have had a great year.

Well, let's go back to the point ... today I will show you how to prepare this meal to leave you in the title.

Well let's start with the ingredients.



1.-1 pack of cannelloni (approximately 16).

2.- 500 grams of cottage cheese with salt.

3.- 2 packages of spinach.

4.- 2 chopped onions.

5.- 2 tablespoons of butter.

6.-250 grams of diced ham.

7.-200 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.

8.-Butter to spread the refractory mold.

Ingredients for white sauce:


1.- 2 cups of milk.

2.- 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.

3.-1 grated large onion.

4.- 2 tablespoons of butter.

5.-1 tablespoons of salt.

6.- 2 tablespoons ketchup ketchup.

Now we go with the preparation.

We need to offer the chopped onions in a pan with butter, we cook the spinach in boiling water with salt, boil the cannelloni in boiling water with salt. We leave al dente. Drain and place on a dry cloth, next to each other, so that they do not stick, place them on a dry cloth, one on the other, so that they do not stick ... fill with the preparation and place in a refractory mold previously clenched.

Then we prepare the white sauce: grate the onion and sweat it in butter. Add the flour and milk little by little, while stirring with a wooden spoon so that lumps are not made. Add the salt and pepper to taste and the two tablespoons of ketchup, cover the cannelloni with the white sauce and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Celsius for five minutes by broil. Place the leftover Parmesan cheese in a bowl for diners to serve more if they can accompany this dish with a green salad.

The preparation takes about 30 minutes ... the cooking can last in 20 minutes ... we must gratin at least 5 minutes and there would be 6 servings in total.
