Reports are the team is waiving DeMarcus Cousins to make room Markieff Morris. Cousins was out the entire season with a torn ACL. The team was hopeful he would make a return for the playoffs but that isn't going to happen.
The Lakers are in prime position to end up in the finals. They have superstars and a very good supporting cast.
