ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၂၀၁၀ တွင် တည်ဆောက်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းများကို စတင်ပြီး ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်တွင် ပြီစီးမည်ဟု ရည်ရွယ်ခဲ့သည်။ တည်ဆောက်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းစတင်ပြီး ၆ လခန့်တွင် Kachin Independence Organization နှင့် တပ်မတော်တို့ကြား တိုက်ပွဲများ ဖြစ်ပွားပြီး ၁၇ နှစ်ကြာ အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲရေး ပျက်ပြယ်သွားသည်။ ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ် ဧပြီလတွင် KIO ၏ လက်နက်ကိုင် အဖွဲ့ဖြစ်သော Kachin Independence Army က ဆည်တည်ဆောက်ရာ နေရာကို တပ်မတော်၏ Border Guard Force ထံမှ သိမ်းယူခဲ့သည်။ အသက်သေဆုံးမည်ကို ကြောက်သောကြောင့် ရာချီသော တရုတ် အလုပ်သမားများသည် အနီးအနားက ချီဗွေမြို့သို့ ထွက်ပြေးသွားကြသည်။ စီမံကိန်း တည်ဆောက်သူလည်း အလုပ်ကို ရပ်ဆိုင်းထားလိုက်ရသည်။
