Barcelona offer Philippe Coutinho, Ivan Rakitic and €40m for Neymar - Barca Blaugranes
Barcelona’s attempts to bring Neymar back to the Camp Nou have seen the club offer Paris Saint-Germain a deal involving Philippe Coutinho, Ivan Rakitic and €40 million.
According to L’Equipe, Barcelona verbally made the offer but PSG don’t fancy it much and if it were put in writing it would get rejected.
