Ramen - Cooking During the Quarantine in Honolulu Hawaii

As the rain started to fall yesterday I made some Ramen with my homemade broth.

I have got it down where I really like it.

I put toppings of Imitation Crab, Fish Cake, Hard Boiled Eggs, Nori, and Kim Chee.

It was delicious and as good as any I have had in restaurants.
