It's funny, I was thinking of this the other day, there are some really good Youtube channels out there that should be encouraged to keep going. I think once the big payout happens, it will be easier for us to persuade Youtubers to come over to here. Bearing in mind that they'll still have to host their vids over there.

Hosting your own video's on your own server seems to be a better solution.
with mediagoblin.org for instance. Then youtube can't delete your video's or censor your channel
