Omg, the kissing part sounds like an incompetent teenage loser trying to lure a girl into a kiss instead of trying it the non-creepy way. It surely goes over the line since he's an adult, but it's not something extremely disturbing. It's more of a loud and clear admission of incompetence in personal matters.
I just read about the Judge Moore thing. That's something different, he's obviously out of the game. Sexual contact with a 14 yo is a life-ender (except in France of course where they think about reducing the age of consent to 13. Just read that today...those fucking bastards)
What I find strange is that the women in the Moore case are all relatively old, but I doubt that he stopped doing it at age 40. It's probably more that he changed his lust to younger and more vulnerable girls. I'd say he could be one of the Pizzagate childfuckers and they take him now out this way to keep the really crazy stuff under the wraps to uphold the blackmail potential towards others.

lol.. the accusations against Moore are in a different league. Franken did nothing illegal - unless of course he did grab her tits while she was asleep and not just pretended to do - while Moore allegedly did the following to a 14 year old:
Keyword there is 'allegedly'...Moore said it never happened.
oddly enough there is no proof...no evidence at all.

Well, the Franken case depends on whether he grabbed her boobs or just pretended to do so. Did he admit to grab her boobs or just the rest? I interpreted it as pretended to do so to make a bad joke. But if he did it, he's definitively out.
The case of Moore is more difficult and would need a trial - or it's too long ago. 16 years old is the latest accusation against him. Do you know how long charges can be pressed? If nothing can be proven, I guess he's off the hook. But given the current climate, his reputation will be gone for good.

I read that they are all being offered to step down or have this stuff come out. There are a very high number of people "not running" next time. They all have this kind of dirt on them on both sides. Most were compromised but obviously this loser was into it. After they take down a bunch of them, hopefully the rest will slink off.
I think we are about to be grossed out on a daily basis with disclosures of this type but as long as they stop hurting children - whatever. I'll try not to look and that top photo is a nightmare.
