Liquid Democracy White Paper

Democracy Earth is a not-for-profit organization in Palo Alto CA, that is building "Sovereign", which is an open source and decentralized blockchain-based democratic governance protocol for any kind of organization. It is based on the concept known as "Liquid Democracy". Votes are dripped into voter accounts over time like a universal basic income of votes. It could be used in any democratic organization, including federal, state,and local governments as well as private organizations. I think the same could be done with universal basic income of money, as a reverse taxation as a way to get money from the Federal Reserve to the people directly without involving banks.
