The Importance of Dinner

I've been on my diet for years. After a while I wanted to sweet dessert and I started making simple sweets and sugar instead of using sweetener.

Back then, I didn't have my current consciousness. I don't approve of these sweeteners now, but as I said, this was a journey, and there were some mistakes I made without realizing this journey.

Although the refined sugar is not added to the sweeteners in the chemical way and sent to the brain signal that eats sugar. In fact, some research says that sweeteners cause a reaction like refined sugar in the body. After a while I was not satisfied with this artificial taste. The body refuses spontaneous artificial substances when it is continuously fed.

This has also taught me that even if the amount of healthy food increases even if the late evening meal is eaten, whatever the body can not tolerate it. Weight is coming back, health is deteriorating.

He taught me that late dinner couldn't tolerate being eaten, no matter what the body was. Weight comes back, health is getting worse.
