ANIMATED DOODLE STICKMAN ▐ JUST LIKE OLD TIMES DOIN THIS IN NOTEBOOK

in #digitalart7 years ago (edited)

I still remember those days in grade school. I used to do this on my notebook.
Drawing the stickman page per page with different positions and actions.
The magic comes by turning the page one by one seeing the drawing move like they were animated. LOL

Doing this today is much more with digital effects. You can create animation and gif in different types of editing media tools like you can use photoshop, powerpoint, and websites that offer animation services and many more.

Here I created my stickman in action with a fighting scene.
Hope you like it guys!

I will show you how I do it...

I used ballpen for the sketch of stickman, photoshop for editing, and http://gifmaker.me/- a website that offers gif and animation creation.

Making it

First I made a sketch of the stickman in different fighting scene then I scanned it to make it possible for the editing in photoshop

Then I transfer the scanned drawing in photoshop to make a greeny background and for cropping each action scene in the drawing

cropping each scene to have the image of each for the animation

after cropping, I saved each cropped image in a folder. And now I'm ready to upload it and create gif out of it!

Then I upload the images to http://gifmaker.me. Then arrange the image in order, like how you wanted it to appear in your gif. You have to setup the canvas size, animation speed and the number of repeats, all of these in your preference of what looks good to you.!

Then lastly click the "create animation gif". Download and save it for keeping.

And Tadaaaahhh! that's it..you have your own animated gif..Cheers!!!
