Your eating time separating my instagram vegans eat the most inspiring, all the colors of the rainbow glowing food. It is always a super aesthetic, fresh, nutritious and causes salivation. You are what you eat, so the more our plates vivid colors sparkling fresh food, the more vital energy, freshness, optimism and lightness we have.

VegFest that took place on September 10 Panorama Hotel in Vilnius very clearly showed that Lithuania is a huge demand for plant-based foods. Countrymen, taking more plant food than the statistical average, is actively looking for where to buy better quality nuts, dried fruit, sprouted seeds of various plants Mitel, are interested in what plants can be found in high-quality protein and how the protein tasty prepare for that, for many reasons should not eat meat and fish products, some - refuse even milk proteins.

The reason why people refuse to eat animal products, leave their worries. I welcome any nutritional choice when a person is healthy, fresh and feels good. I know, and vegan, which looks incredibly striking good form, youthful and firm skin and a radiant glance - I do not doubt that vegan food can be a full-fledged and at this point I do not intend to raise the debate.

It is because of the amazing food variety with great curiosity waited first in our country vegan food fairs. It was very interesting what offer traders, have found something new (in my everyday life is filled with an endless stream of security-related information from all over the world, just catch the wonder and admire), but more importantly - what will be the visitors to the fair? How many of them will be?

I thought that they should be sufficient for all traders not to stand for nothing, but that will require physical effort to get through to any counter - it's not even imagined. And how to make your picture, it just had to read at the elbows is to pick some air and sip some more space. Air-conditioning premises sweat dripping streams and can only hope to sell-out the age of the fair organizers will take care of the next time bigger premises and fresh air circulation. Like a market day pushing each other were good-humored and curiously traveled between the stands, are succumbing to a lively discussion or tasting a variety of products offered by dealers.
