Einladung: Backkurs "Sauerteigbrot"

Die Familienbildungstätte Mayen bietet zusammen mit dem EULE Team den Backkurs "Sauerteigbrot" an.

Wenn man gesundes Brot aus Roggen selber backen will, dann benötigt man einen Sauerteig. Hefe reicht in dem Fall als Triebmittel für den schweren Teig nicht aus.

Sauerteigbrot ist einfacher und schneller gebacken als man glaubt. Man muss nur ein paar einfache Dinge beachten und vorausplanen.

Wie man Sauerteigbrot zubereitet und zu einem leckeren Brot verarbeitet lernt ihr beim Backkurs.
Auch der Umgang mit dem Sauerteig wird eingehend erläutert.

Bei der anschließenden Vesper wird in gemütlicher Runde das frische Sauerteigbort dann gleich probiert.

      You do things when the opportunities come along. I've had periods in my life when I've had a bundle of ideas come along, and I've had long dry spells. If I get an idea next week, I'll do something. If not, I won't do a damn thing.
