Two Indian detainees including gold in Benapole
Border Guard Bangladesh Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has arrested two Indian nationals, including 425 grams of gold jewelery from the Amarkhali BGB check post on Jessore-Benapole Highway. Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members detained them with their swearing at 9am on Friday.
benapole newsThe arrested persons are - Sadananda, son of Ramprasad (55), son of Hira Chao, son of Suhree Chao (35) and IC Boss Road of Howrah thana of Sonpur Jagidipota village in South 24 Pargna district of India.
Subedar Mizanur Rahman of the Amarkhali BGB check post said, on the basis of secret information, a search of 485 grams of gold from the Indian passports were recovered by checking a bus from Dhaka-Benapole.
He has been handed over to the Benapole Port Police, recovered and detained, two Indian nationals.
