Why do I do yoga, and does this give me personal? I will notify you in sequence:
  1. Since childhood, I have very low blood pressure, 90/60 - this is the maximum and the norm for me at the same time. With exercise routines, the pressure increases, and starts to reach 110/70 or even 120/80.
  1. At the age of 6, I was diagnosed with VSD (vascular-vascular dystonia), who had no treatment, but had many unpleasant symptoms. IRR is suffering at the moment most of the population (low blood pressure or high opposite, panic attack, arrhythmia, breathing difficulties, headache, etc .; only one or all symptoms may appear immediately), announced with pleasure that there is no one symptom again observed for a long time.

  2. Straightened posture. This is very important. It has long been known that a healthy back is the basis of health throughout the body.

  1. Muscles strengthen not only the back, but also the whole body.
  1. Good stretching, always nice and good, but most importantly - it gives easy feeling and agility.
  1. Maintain figure in tone, increase metabolism. Of course, if you eat a salad with olives in the basin, yoga will not help, but with proper nutrition - very much.
  1. Rejuvenate - like all kinds of physical activity, saturated cells and tissues with oxygen.
  1. Cheer up. Like any other physical activity (like dancing or volleyball, it's a matter of taste) - yoga fills with joy, confidence and strength.
  1. Charge calmly, helping to relieve stress.
  1. Allows you to explore your body, to get to know yourself deeper.

  2. Also a very good date, because in the majority, yogis are people who aspire to spiritual development and become better, not just physically.

  1. By sacrificing many asanas, the hormonal background increases.
  1. I'm sure this list will be replenished with time.
In the photo below, too, I enjoy yoga in nature.
