...Sunday's series "Y" Design...

In my previous post about the industrial design book gave me an idea... To post some facts and figures about the design of day-to-day things...

Today it is about the tool that men use from I don't know when... And there is the World known brand: GILLETTE.

Gillette

• Founded by King Camp Gillette in 1901.
• During the First World War, Gillette supplied the American army with 3.5 million of razors and 36 millions of blades.
• The best in terms of sales was the razor Sensor with 24 million units sold and 350 million of blades on the year of release.

Since 2005, Gilette became a part of Procter&Gamble company.
