Two accounts, same settings. One keeps voting though twice a day is set. The explaination?

The other account followed a different voting trail even though it was deactivated (after being activated) with botto.steem.

Conclusion: one can activate but de-activating doesn't work and the bot decides about the vote %. Sounds like a huge bug.
