RE: Member Delegation Report 19 March 2019
Hello and thanks for the report.
A question - is @sbi-booster also the official voting account?
Hello and thanks for the report.

@sbi-booster is an official SBI account (we respond to comments from it), but not an official voting account. The difference is that the upvotes from it are not linked to our regular value mechanisms, and are not removed from your pending vote balances when received. This allows us to provide discretionary upvotes on comments, provide extra on-demand support in our Discord to members with 40+ units, and grant a little extra by random selection when the VP gets high enough.
Yes, mate!
Thanks, grazie. While I have your attention ... what does this mean, the last line?
Grazie ancora!
It is the result of calculations which I have refrained from understanding: I trust @steembasicincome. ;) LOL
Likewise. That's why I revoked my delegation last year - I didn't understand the system. This is my second try.
There is a full explanation in this post: https://steemit.com/steembasicincome/@steembasicincome/vote-values-in-steem-basic-income-part-four-value-balances-and-upvote-delivery
In brief, the rshares balance shown represents pending upvote value that has not yet been delivered to the account. The rshares balance steadily grows based on subscription level, delegation level, and upvoting rewards.
Each time you post, you can receive up to 20% of your rshares balance as an upvote on that post. We have a minimum upvote of $0.012 to minimize votes going to dust, so that line in question is saying that the balance shown hasn't grown enough to deliver a minimum upvote yet, and the next upvote will come after it does.
Thanks a lot for both explanations. I do appreciate your effort!

Hi @ervin-lemark!
Structure of your total SBI vote value:
Value % breakdowns are in beta and some oddities may appear. These % are historical and represent source of vote value pending and already delivered. Recent changes (increase in delegated SP, for example) may take time to noticeably change the % breakdown.
