DeepOnion vs PivX - Anonymous Fight

in #deeponion7 years ago

It is quite obvious that bitcoin transactions are not completely #anonymous since the transactions can be traced back to the original investor through different methods like looking up your KYC information through the crypto exchange where you registered etc which is one of the biggest problems with bitcoin which is why I and many others believe bitcoin provides partial anonymity to users.

In order to tackle this anonymity problem, a plethora of altcoins descended into the crypto world trying to solve this problem like Monero, Dash, DeepOnion, PivX, Spectre(XPEC), Verge etc, but the question is which of these coins is the best one to choose for conducting completely anonymous transactions? The answer is that all of these altcoins help in providing complete anonymity to their users in some form or another, but I would like to focus on DeepOnion vs PivX currently.

Basically, PivX(Private Instant Verified Transactions) is a fork of Dash coin which is a popular anonymous #cryptocurrency itself and became a big success. The primary reason that PivX was created in the first place was to get rid of the scandals faced by Dash coin(Popularly referred to Dark coin due to various scandals associated with it like pre-mine scandal by the developers etc). The developers of PivX did not want some random guy representing PivX which is why they hired a popular marketing group to market it making a big hit and returning huge profits to investors in the short term and long term.

Is PivX the best choice for anonymous #crypto? Not by a long shot if you ask me. The fact is that PivX is simply a fork of a coin riddled in controversies and is not introducing anything innovative or creative to the table since it operates on a similar masternode concept when compared to Dash coin and is a POS only currency which is also disappointing due to not allowing miners to mine any coins. This seems like a classic pump and dump coin if you think about it.

On the other hand, we have DeepOnion which is a #TOR based cryptocurrency that operates through the TOR browser to provide complete anonymity to users. The developers are fully transparent and never pre-mined a large portion of onions for themselves and are handing over a major portion of the onions to users worldwide through a large scale airdrop campaign instead which is great if you ask me.

DeepOnion provides innovative features like DeepVault(File storage service meant to store all your documents by saving their hashes online), VoteCentral(Community driven proposal system) and DeepSend(Based on the SuperSend concept which was introduced by SuperCoin and is basically a multi-signature trustless system) which obviously help provide users absolute anonymity in this vast crypto world. Furthermore, DeepOnion utilizes a multi-layered security model that consists of several layers which integrate the features listed above in order to provide absolute anonymity to users worldwide.

Based on the above information, it is obvious that DeepOnion is the clear winner when compared to PivX and will become the de-facto king of the anonymous crypto market in the future which is why I am a proud member of the DeepOnion community.
