Thank you for this @goldendawne! This is a topic that newbies may need to familiarize themselves with as failure to cite sources may be mistaken as plagiarism even if it's not. I have discussed unintentional plagiarism a few weeks back because I see a lot of newbies who don't provide citations or references.

As for the image sourcing, it was pointed out to me by rubencress that it's important to also cite the image owner aside from the source link. I have started including the license as well aside from the image owner (not a legal requirement for CC0 images but best to be clear). Eg. of how I do it now:
