Yeah, I have seen the Liberland project by Roger Van and it's one of the blockchain projects relating to real estate and people's freedom that I pay close attention to.

But Xaurum Gamma created a smart city in Croatia? This is my first time hearing about the project. I will search it out and see some lessons I can gather from the project.
