How to Overcome Relationship Fatigue
Celebrate Love
Too often are we nit picking, criticizing and questioning our relationships. Usually we do this because it is easy.
That being said, you have chosen to date or to be married. You likely know your partner and trust them. They are probably even a decent person. So much so... you trust them to some extent. Why else be with them?
It's Your Fault
Our relationship is that thing we usually have some control over. We can directly influence it and can cause change. This is what leads to emotional discourse and behind money trouble, being too invested in a relationship is one of the number one contributors to fighting.
Often, the fights are not reflective of any real problems in the relationship.
Just kidding!
Embracing issues as a couple requires working together. You know... communicating.
The easiest way to ease these tensions is by remembering to celebrate your love.
A relationship needs time to grow and if you want it to last you have to make the time available to keep it healthy.
Not getting what you need?
Try looking into the issues on your own time and considering where you can connect, support or otherwise improve.
The world is mean enough to your partner. They don't need harshness, neglect, passive BS or other negativity from you too.
That's not going to help anything.
The Happy Couple
There are perfect times, mere moments that join together to make a relationship work. These strings of live reminders help to build the blocks of a happy union.
Actions that promote oxytocin such as laughing, hugging, smiling and relaxing trigger oxytocin in your brain which promotes the bonds of love between you and your partner.
If you're in a blissful state in your relationship, congrats. You're probably in the minority. People have a habit of remaining sad or angry because it's easy. Being happy is not to many.... but it can be learned and attained.
Love You First
You may feel left out, said or dejected from time to time in any relationship, but this is often momentary.
One of the easiest things you can do to promote a healthy relationship is to invest in you.
Develop hobbies, create a healthy and happy foundation. This makes it easier for your partner to do the same.
If course, encourage them to do things with you but you need to do you first.
Leave time for you, take care if you and focus on your happy. This will enable you to establish boundaries, be sure of your own goals and to be less reactionary in all relationships.

Special Thanks and Art Commenting
The photos and "art" are all done by me. Use away to your hearts content, just give me some props. I love attention!
Additionally, I would like to post a special thanks to my boyfriend for putting up with me and being an unknowing yet willing participant in my photo shenanigans.
Living your life with a camera in your face is no small task. He handles it gracefully... especially since he wasn't warned about this behavior in our early courtship days.
