Venezuela could be the first Dash Nation in the world

For the seventh time, the Community of Dash Venezuela held its monthly conference in which more than 600 people, the vast majority of them with little knowledge about Cryptocurrencies, attended precisely to learn more about this great technological and monetary evolution that has become the topic of the moment. All crypto-fanatics around the world have set their sights on Venezuela, because the economic crisis has also opened the doors to the blockchain technology as a way to citizens, to avoid the control of the Socialist Government.

In fact, Venezuelans are one of the people in the world who are quickly adopting crypto-currencies as a means of payment and as a way to protect their savings against the hyperinflation of the Bolivar.

María Eugenia Alcalá, leader of Dash Venezuela, said that the first conference was attended by 140 Venezuelans, a number that in just seven months has multiplied to the point that in its database has more than 8,000 people. In addition, Dash Caracas is no longer the only community of this cryptocurrency in the country. There are already groups of Dash in more than 10 states of Venezuela.

Because of its characteristics: speed, privacy, security, and without a doubt, thanks to the great effort made by Dash community to spread the benefits of using cryptocurrencies in the country, Venezuela could be the first Dash nation in the world. More and more entrepreneurs and companies are adopting Dash as a method of payment, and many of them had their space in the "Dash City", a great trade fair that has become the biggest example of how a community can work with just cryptocurrencies.

In this seventh conference, held last Saturday 21, the star of the day was the systems engineer and expert in the cryptoeconomy Edwin Orrico, who based his presentation on cryptography and wallet security. By abandoning the international banking system, the blockchain gives the citizens a great power: being their own bank. However, it is also the users' responsibility to ensure the security of their savings. For this reason, Orrico gave several security tips and fully detailed the differences, advantages and disadvantages of each type of wallet.
