A gun & hitman marketplace (that police would ignore)

Assassin Condition:
In this marketplace only non-white targets (non-European) in western countries and only young male targets in east countries allowed.

Gun sell conditions :
1- only in east countries
2- No heavy weapon
3- only males buyers
4- (Optional) it is recommended buyer living in a home in the above-average address (Usually they buy it for revenge) it reduce your country security agent intervention risk.

These gun buyers usually will be arrested after using the weapon (because they usually using against a family member). So the weapon will be confiscated.
