Dark mood

I am in total confusion as to what steem really want its participants to do. What kind of post is expected here so that one will stop feeling like an ignoble entity. Initially, the admin should do proper introduction to newbies so that they will understand what task is anticipated them. Also the reward pay roll is not elaborate and am willing to be enlightened so that I can transit from the shackle of alienated ground. If any participant can be of help please do and I will be grateful for your assistance.
