I came across an announcement in BitCoinTalk Forum proclaiming to be in the process of making a new decentralised coin where decisions will be based on voting by genesis address holders. Currently they are collecting Genesis addresses so you can be a part of the early adopters with voting rights. Right now there is very less info on the project but I am curious where this will lead to. Check their thread below
