And we ride India's most dangerous road- The Cliffhanger

Howdy Steemians! Sharing with you all some enthralling pics of the adventure ride to the Killar - Kishtwar highway which is arguably India's most dangerous road.
Connecting the Pangi valley ( Himachal ) and Kishtwar ( Jammu and Kashmir), is this highly disoriented road, the overside look of which can give you goosebumps. A deadly vertical fall hundreds of meters.

The Pangi to Kishtwar road is cut just wide enough for one car at a time andwell , if some courageous drivers meet at a point, one would have to carefully drive in reverse for hundreds of metres till a space wide enough to let them cross is found.

With only a couple of villages at deserted location with handful of huts, if youre stuck - youre stuck. Pray a kind soul,and a brave one ofcourse , comes to the rescue.

The melting galciers make it even more diffcult to traverse the sides. I cant really remeber any moment of respite when I was riding here not looking at the groud ahead and enjoying the mountains.
