Hi @dakini5d! Ive been reading on the Svaroopa yoga and doing the poses you suggested. I just found some more and im starting a daily practice Today. I was wondering if there is a website or videos you could recommend that could help. My whole body has been full of chronic tensions. Ive been able to release alot just doing a few poses and changing my diet. Any help is greatly appreciated, ty.
