"4.0 GHz base... 5.0 GHz boost... 95W TDP"

Something is fishy here. The 8700K, though marked as 95W, already operates well outside of a 95W TDP compared to its predecessors. This is either a placeholder from the leaking sellers or this is yet another misleading TDP specification from Intel.
