Here is an idea that should be developed on Steemit: The ability to time limit a 'punishment', like you just had with the bounty stuff. Seems a bit over the top that this would be for ever and ever.
The Steem Bounty program is a user initiative so they make their own rules up. If I knew how to code I could set up my own bounty system or if I could hire it done if I really wanted to. There is a chance they might give me the coding but I dunno. I'm busy enough as it is though. lol
