Want to clean your brain? Well get some sleep. Neuroscientists have discovered that while we're awake toxins build up between our neurons. That's why we start to feel all groggy and like our brain feels like a car during rush hour - just stuck. We have a system that circulates fluid around our brain. It can't clean things up while we're awake, the neurons are in the way.
The toxins get flushed away when we go to sleep. Our neurons shrink and clear the way for the cerebral fluid to flush all the nasty stuff away.
So get your 8 hours; if you don't your gonna feel like you have a clogged toilet in your head. Feel your best; feel fresh. Let your neurons flourish.
