Curators
The Top Curators list will dynamically change weekly depending on performance. Anybody will be able to rise up the ranks with consistent, quality curation. Inconsistent, low-quality curation will result in dropping out of Top curators list(or regular curation, if under-performance continues). Exceptional long-term top curators transition to direct curation.
This week, we have upvoted 110 posts submitted by curators in https://streemian.com/guild/curie, with 1,100 STEEM to be paid out to curators.

Curator Recommendation Updates
For updates on curator applications and recommendations, please check out @bitrocker2020's blog on Monday for the latest curator recommendation post
A humble proposal (or perhaps this is actually a question. Or hell, maybe this is even an offer of assistance/support):
Can we, (or maybe how can we go about) creating a sub-community dedicated to curating top notch fiction (short stories, flash fiction, genre fiction, etc) writing here on SteemIt?
There are millions of blog spaces out there on the Interwebs where top notch fiction writers are producing some excellent literature. I think it would be a smart move to create a space here in Steemit that values top notch fiction, a literary wing of SteemIt if you will. If SteemIt can create some space here for fiction writers, I think we can get more and more of these folks to post here exclusively making SteemIt a new, upcoming place to read the best fiction around. A specific sub group curating this type of content would be an excellent way to raise the fiction profile here and draw in more writing talent.
SteemIt Short Fiction...sounds pretty awesome to me. My humble thoughts on a Sunday afternoon :)
Love Curie, want to see it be the trick here on SteemIt that elevates the platform to the next level. The only thing that matters for the long term success of SteemIt is the quality of the content. You can package a turd 5 million different ways and it will still be a turd. You pay to have a turd upvoted all day long....it's still a turd. Quality content, Curie "gets it".
Many Curie curators already keep an eye on fiction category posts, and many brilliant fiction works get rewarded. Also there is Writers' Block, which started out as fiction-workshop, is a huge group where many fiction writers found home. Visit @thewriterblock blog and their discord as well. Some Curie curators are members there as well. I hope this answers your question.
Thanks @geekgirl! In fact I have a tab open for @thewriterblock, just haven't dug too deep as of yet, will get to this soon.
you're right.you have the point.
@isleofwrite is another awesome writer's group here, that I personally find more attractive than Writer's Block for reasons I won't go into here. That is my personal opinion, not a Curie position.
Very nice, thanks @carlgnash, this is the first I've heard of @isleofwrite...I will investigate pronto.
this information is very interesting and I will share this information keteman me, if allowed I will translate and I share to my friends.
Hello @curie. I've been on this trail for a while now. Please i want to know, what will it take to have @curie upvote or resteem a post? I am a member of the discord and a follower, but the terms have never been clear to me. Thank you for your big heart for the community. A big Congratulations to the authors picked!
Awesome post should do the trick.
Awesome post is relative. I find that a post will be awesome if you are inclined to enjoy the topic of the post. How many technical analysis of any market trend's post has met the definition of "awesome post". i use this subject as it is the kind of post I have to push myself to focus on. I am not likely to ever think of them as awesome.
Got it! Thanks.
I appreciate your thoughtfulness in helping people on here,Its a bit discouraging atimes finding yourself in a new place with no support.I know with time things do get better and with people like you..I hope we all make it.Thanks for thinking of the less upvoted
Great work boss(es).Help to keep the platform in good shape always.
Good post
i impressed to see your thinking about community..... i think you sharing a valuable post.... best of luck....
Hopefully more and more progress. Work hard, make it easy for us. And I am very grateful. thanks for the name listed on your post. And warm greetings from me to all the steemian.
a very good post, keep working and stay always healthy..^_^
Nice @curie
