I have carefully selected proficient users on steemit. We have a wide variety of cultural and linguistic difference between us. Our team consists of people from all over the world. We have our team members from 6 different countries, 4 different continents and we speak 9 Different Languages. The rest of the languages can be easily covered through Translator. We have two members of #club100, three from #club5050 and two from #club75 out of which @abdu.navi is moving towards #club100 very soon.

All of my team members have vast experience regarding to the theme we have decided. Starting from me I joined Steemit in April 2021 and am a very active user on steemit, writing diary games, promotional stuff, acts of charity etc. I am aware of all the functionalities of a good blog which I believe are very important in any piece. I have actively took part in charity work in my country and I has a lot of experience to things that fall in this niche.

@harferri, who joined in December 2016, being the admin of a community has vast experience of choosing #steemexclusive posts. He initiated the #economic-diaries which I believe gives him excellent command on reviewing diverse form of diarygames. He has been regulating the #actofkindness posts and has been actively taking part in different charity programs.

@whitestallion, who joined Steemit in June 2018, is the Country representative of Nigeria and due to this he has excellent experience of curating different posts. As the admin of the Campus Connect, he has been guiding users through this experience from a very long time.

@boss75, who joined Steemit in June 2020, is the Country Representative of Bangladesh. Alongside this he is the Admin as well as the Moderator of different communities where he guides users.

@elianisa09, who joined Steemit in October 2018, being the Mod of a community has vast experience of curating quality posts. She writes excellent diary games with proper formats.

@strawberrry, who joined Steemit in May 2021, is an active user of the Steem-BRU community where she guides the users by working towards the betterment of the Steemit Platform. She regularly translates the Steemit News whivh is very helpful to all the Russian Users. Apart from that she writes excellent diary games and blogs.

@abdu.navi03, who joined Steemit in October 2021, is a rather new user but he has excellent skills. He is a fantastic blogger which has earned him such reputation in a very short period of time. He uses proper format in his posts which makes his posts stand out amongst the others.

We have given it a rather profound thought on how will we manage the Curation work. For that we have divided the 7 members of the team and designated them a day for curation.

Checking the posts which are a part of #club5050 #club75 and #club100 is an obvious thing and I believe every team is going to do that. Let me mention the things that we have decided to maintain the value of this platform.

• We have mutually decided that we will curate only #steemexclusive posts. We have an excellent plan on how our curation plan will proceed. If there's a post that a member cannot understand the language of, the link of the post will be forwarded in the group and the respective member will check the exclusivity of that post and will review it. We have amazing understanding between us and we'll be able to execute it brilliantly. For that we already have a group on discord where everyone has been presenting their ideas enthusiastically.

• Apart from that We have decided to create a tag #curatorsx which the users can use. In this case we can reach a wide variety of posts. Even if someone doesn't use the #curatorsx tag we'll still review it, if the post falls under this theme.

• The curation will be done on the posts which are atleast 250 words long. This way only the users worthy of appreciation will be curated.

• We will be very strict against plagiarized posts. Our team members, who are also the Admin and Moderators and Country Representatives have vast experience of fighting against plagiarism. We'll be using different tools to detect plagiarism and if we find any plagiarised post, we will downvote the post without a second thought.

• Apart from that I had already decided to join the downvote trail initiated by @ac-cheetah. Apart from that if we find any plagiarised post, @ac-cheetah will be immediately informed and action will be taken against these abusers.

• Furthermore one of my team member has been in contact with @alexmove who is actively working to automize plagiarism checking on steemit.
