Greetings!

Despite not having had a Steemit curator this last month, the content in the #steemvideo tag remained active producing several publications a day demonstrating that the video in Steem is here to stay. We have been supporting 100% with @steem-seven and we have consolidated the strategies to give rewards in a sustainable way to video authors, however, we still require the incredible impulse that having a Steemit curator account can mean.

We know that we still have a long way to go, and that this is just the beginning of a huge ecosystem of video creators who make and will make life in Steem over time. We have promoted several contests in this format, we have rewarded pioneer creators of the Speak on Steem style, and our plan is to continue expanding and offer a space in Steem for all these people who express themselves better in front of the camera.

For this reason and following our long-term philosophy today again we are postulating with this project that will be developed over time and that will be established in Steem, as one of the main exponents of the ecosystem.

• A brief summary of what their game or app does and how it benefits the Steem platform

Speak on Steem, is a project that is empowering video creators in Steem, providing them with an adequate and optimized space for consumption and interaction with this type of content format.

Although it is a Project still in its infancy, its impact has been significant and is serving in this first stage to mention Steem on other social networks such as YouTube since the creators are being asked to make this mention in their videos on this platform.

• Details of how a Community Curation account would help their game or app develop and grow.

Having a specific curator account for this type of content will be extremely useful to be able to continue promoting contests and initiatives that are based on this format. Having that support is a 100% benefit for the community because as we mentioned earlier Speak on Steem does not seek to generate income directly from the Rewards Pool.

Who we are

I started on the platform through a job offer as a software developer and little by little I was integrating the blog as such. My activities on the blog began with a healing project called @steem-seven which stopped for a while and was strongly reactivated a few months ago.

A short time later I joined as a Community Manager in the Latin community where I have developed and together with a great team we have taken the project on a very good path.

Among the applications I have developed for steem I can mention https://ecosynthesizer.com which is owned by @symbionts, and others such as http://t.me/steem_cotify_bot in collaboration with @cotina and https://steemways.com together with the Steem Seven team. In addition to some other open source projects on my Github

I am a main moderator in Comunidad Latina for more than 24 months maintaining the post and active keys; I worked together with the Newcommers community as a Greeter in it where I supported @cryptokannon with several curation bots for steemcurator03;

I support several communities such as Colombia Original with the automated payment of rewards to delegates. I consider myself someone who prioritizes responsibility and transparency.

I am Ninapenda from Nigeria. I started my journey on Steemit in 2020 and have been a committed user ever since, working hard to contribute to the Steemit ecosystem.

I have served as a moderator in various communities, which has helped me grow my influence, reputation, and popularity on the platform.

I consistently share valuable content to help users express their ideas and gain knowledge, allowing me to educate more people within the community. I put great effort into fulfilling my responsibilities as a moderator, serving in two communities.

In November 2024 and July 2025, I had the chance to be a curator and it was a great experience with no regrets. This experience taught me about the platform's ethics and has helped me maintain my steeze on Steemit.
