Speak on Steem: Curator team application

Greetings!

This last month we have been actively curating video content on Steem through the tool https://speem.watch or simply content published through the hashtag #steemvideo. Many people have already adopted this style of content and have shown good acceptance for visual audios.

We know that we still have a long way to go, and that this is just the beginning of a huge ecosystem of video creators who make and will make life in Steem over time. We have promoted several contests in this format, we have rewarded pioneer creators of the Speak on Steem style, and our plan is to continue expanding and offer a space in Steem for all these people who express themselves better in front of the camera.

For this reason and following our long-term philosophy today again we are postulating with this project that will be developed over time and that will be established in Steem, as one of the main exponents of the ecosystem.

Speak on Steem, is a project that is empowering video creators in Steem, providing them with an adequate and optimized space for consumption and interaction with this type of content format.

Although it is a Project still in its infancy, its impact has been significant and is serving in this first stage to mention Steem on other social networks such as YouTube since the creators are being asked to make this mention in their videos on this platform.

Details of how a Community Curation account would help their game or app develop and grow.

Having a specific curator account for this type of content will be extremely useful to be able to continue promoting contests and initiatives that are based on this format. Having that support is a 100% benefit for the community because as we mentioned earlier Speak on Steem does not seek to generate income directly from the Rewards Pool.

Additionally, we would also like to have the ability to support new users on the platform. But on this occasion, to avoid situations of abuse as we have already experienced in the past, new users must mention who invited them and we will only support users who receive confirmation from this person.

This request will be a small experiment to complement our healing work a little and also offer support to the smallest users who have a clear origin. We are constantly observing new talents and driving them so that they can establish themselves properly in Steem.

Who we are

I started on the platform through a job offer as a software developer and little by little I was integrating the blog as such. My activities on the blog began with a healing project called @steem-seven which stopped for a while and was strongly reactivated a few months ago.

A short time later I joined as a Community Manager in the Latin community where I have developed and together with a great team we have taken the project on a very good path.

Among the applications I have developed for steem I can mention https://ecosynthesizer.com which is owned by @symbionts, and others such as http://t.me/steem_cotify_bot in collaboration with @cotina and https://steemways.com together with the Steem Seven team. In addition to some other open source projects on my Github

I am a main moderator in Comunidad Latina for more than 24 months maintaining the post and active keys; I worked together with the Newcommers community as a Greeter in it where I supported @cryptokannon with several curation bots for steemcurator03;

I support several communities such as Colombia Original with the automated payment of rewards to delegates. I consider myself someone who prioritizes responsibility and transparency.

My name is Mrs Nwankwere Ngozi Enyinnaya but known as @ngoenyi here on Steemit. I joined Steemit on 25th July, 2020 and since then till now, I have been active. I have also held several positions on Steemit including the then country representative, curator with different teammates and with different Community Curation accounts, I was also a greeter in newcomers community.

I had served as moderator in different communities in the past, and presently, I am currently the admin of steem kids and parents community. I was a curator with steemcurator08 account for February this year. I am currently a curator for this month of June using the steemcurator08 account. Additionally, I am among the Steemit engagement challenge contest organisers taking the lead in fitness challenge as an instructor. Off chain, I own a fitness group that I train weekly, recording videos of such programs each day of the training.
