@mamunjm I think you can elucidate further. As it were, culture stems from the way and manner things are done in a particular organization, society or tribe. Organizations who are poised for success or already successful all have a culture with which they run that makes the company way ahead of its competitors. Experts say having the right culture within your organization is as important as having the right employees.
