House of the Commander of the Aceh War
A well-known Acehnese woman who became the leader of the war against all forms of colonization in Aceh at that time.

The husband of Cut Nyak, Teuku Umar set the war strategy by defecting to the occupiers to master the Dutch strategy and their combat equipment.

At the initiative of the Government of Aceh, Rumah Cut Nyak Dhien was rebuilt in 1987 by displaying various manuscripts from the Dutch Museum of the Netherlands.
As is customary traditional house of Aceh, Cut Nyak Dhien house shaped house of stage consisting of three main room in it.
The third room is the front porch for the men, the middle porch for the family room, and the back porch for women.

The house is built exactly the same as the original form, except the well and the foundations are still original because they do not burn.
The house is located in an area of 2200 meters is now a tourist attraction of local and foreign tourists. Most of the arriving guests are taken by travel agents and come from Malaysian tourists.
Srikandi Aceh has long gone, but its spirit still lives from time to time.
