Galena, Quartz, and Sphalerite: Madan Mts., Bulgaria.

These minerals are typically found in the Madan deposit. Its great to see them all in one specimen. This kind of mineralisation is developed usually in clay or in Calcite. The Quartz crystals stand as a skeleton and as a base for developing Sphalerite, Pyrite and the Galena crystals.

Yeah it's a great piece and awesome to see all three of the minerals together like this.
