No, I do not think Maduro's intentions are anything good. But I think this is already another step for the massive adoption of cryptocurrencies and, I believe as well, that Venezuelan society will be one of the most familiarised when dealing with crypto, which can be a huge advantage for them in the medium to long term. Hopefully it goes this way, because Venezuelan people don't deserve this.
