Is this Tron's second chance to shine?

Tron, the controversial cryptocurrency that got a lot of mixed feelings from the community, is on the Kucoin voting list for this month.
Although it is already listed in more than 20 exchanges platforms, getting on Kucoin will still be beneficial for Tron.
With less than a week left to vote, it is currently the second on the list:

Last week, Tron announced a partnership with Baofeng.com (the Netflix of China) and will announce this week the roadmap to integrate TRX with Peiwo.

What do you guys think, is Tron just talk & hype with no product or will it deliver and reach its expectations?
