Transcending Money: A Process for All of Humanity

Can Humanity collectively transcend money?

This is a ridiculously serious question. The short term answer is definitely not. It's quite evident that our ability to co-exist is strained at best. Sure we can co-exist when we are left to ourselves...perhaps isolated to some extent and have everything we need....like our own personal bubbles/heavens. This is the present day reality for some. Having a lot of resources available to have it quite good at the expense of many having a really shitty deal.

This is the world I know.

Awareness about: "Transcending Money" opened up in a recent post, "Message to: Everyone New to the Cryptosphere" and some discussion I got into with @kimzilla

My initial mentioning of the Transcendence of Money was me planting a seed. A very specific seed. I see cryptocurrency as a way for the world at large to become educated about money. On a very basic level, mostly everyone knows how money functions. It's something we need to expand upon. Generally, we know it's for survival. It's a medium of exchange. We use it to trade for things. It's for buying and selling things.

On a deeper level of knowing money - this is where things get complicated because the education drops off massively...as money has been manipulated by humans as a point of deception and is a real travesty against Life.

It's pretty obvious when we look at the fact that it's common phrasing to call parts of the world "Third World". And, It's not because the travel to those countries is extra fun where you get to go through a warp zone and it only takes a couple of minutes at most. We are not talking about super Mario Bro's. No, - it's because the living standards of humans is despicable and it's because 1st world countries exploit these countries in a variety of ways.

The 1st world and 3rd world divide is a real sneaky type thing. See - because it's mostly existing on the premise of: "Out of sight...Out of Mind". And we have much to entertain ourselves with in 1st world realities.

The politics of money is a real tragedy. It's like the worst kind of tragic comedy. It's so deplorable and we all know it. Granted - how well we know it is to varying degrees. There's definitely consensus amongst humanity that things are not all hunky dory.

I would be interested to hear what your definition of 'transcending money' is. Would it be an internal or external process? Is it how you feel about money and the role money plays in your life, or finding a way to not have to use it? @kimzilla

Transcending money as I initially phrased it in my post was in regards to all of humanity together here reaching a level of awareness and regard for who WE are as Life Creators. This encapsulates both an internal and external process. Internal entails our individual thoughts, feelings and emotions about money. Essentially how we are hard wired from the inside out in regards to money. The external process is our participations with money from locally to nationally to globally.

These processes briefly outlined above are quite extensive as the nature of our thoughts/feelings/emotions are quite hard wired into the characters we present today.

In posts to come - I will make a point of sharing my internal and external processes walked with money. For the record, I am not claiming to have transcended money in any way what so ever - well maybe in some small ways as I've taken a decent amount of time over the years to investigate my internal and external realities.

STEEM ON Everyone :)

Perhaps I'm an optimist but I believe the way we covet and hoard money, the way it breeds greed and malice... i believe we can transcend that relationship with money as a collective. If you can dream it, if you can visualize what that world would look like then perhaps you are sending energy toward manifesting that particular future. "Be the change you wish to see" is one of those great quotes... it encourages all to visualize the best future and make those changes within your own life first. Like a ripple in the water that radiates out, so do our thoughts, words and dreams for the future. We must believe we can first ☺

well said @janellelanae

I agree with you 100%

I am reminded just now of some words of support that compliment our sharing's here:

Look within to see what is possible - it's the balance of 'as within and so without'. It's always best to start inside and move outside as the inside here all together - one and equal

and

Our words are our world - regard each and every one of them - For it is the living words that shape our world.

Absolutely. Being a conscious creator of our inner and outer worlds can be challenging sometimes especially when our egos and societal limitations keep us from truely being free to live and experience. When you start replacing more of the worry, fear-rooted thoughts and feelings with more optimistic, hopeful ones, you can shift and transform your perspective. Sometimes its simply having compassion for the part of yourself that is doubtful, pessimistic and critical but then turning that around. It feels very connected to those quotes you added especially the "its the balance of as within and so without" . When we can shift those things that keep us from being our best selves then we can be more free to create and dream.

Compassion - Our compass for Passion :)

Ooh nice that's a good one!

I've been looking at money in terms of measuring the value of what it is that I do with others. To do this I looked at a natural desire in humans to reciprocate. Meaning to give back when something is given. In some ways, when we see a person who has lost their way, on the street, perhaps for a moment in time, they are giving us something because they are showing us to ourselves in some way. In this, does anyone ever really not give something to each of us, and therefor, within the good and the bad, we show ourselves to one another? If we value every moment, everything is giving us something and therefor, that value ( more in balance, or less in balance) remains a value, a transference because it exists. In this respect, someone who stumbles shows us what not to do and is therefor a value. Because of this, if we exchanged digits as a currency, would the beggar become one of the richest and therefor no longer be a beggar, and as a consequence, have the means to stand up and realize they simply fell down for a moment?

To think of a world that doesn't use money would be very interesting, but I hope when humans get to that point, wars and evils go away also and people just do things just to help each other out.

Yes exactly. In some ways it seems so simple and in other respects it's the acknowledgment that it's quite the process....quite the transformation from where we are at collectively today.

But it really is just some basic common sense - so I am optimistic we are capable and able.

The cryptospace is opening up the education process for everyone...I speculate that everyone first must walk a process of what it means to be rich in all senses/meanings of the word.

Steem on brother

i think the process will probably end up in some tragic events since humans only learn after bad things happen the react with positive. but I think if we can get some good leaders and not ones who are self interested we might actually move some steps closer towards it. I think if it could happen like in 2019 it would take everyone to get a long and go towards the same goals... wsell it could happen lol

You've reminded me of an old proverb that I've integrated into my living:

A man who learns from his mistakes is smart. A man who learns from the mistakes of others is wise.

awesome connecting with you hear,

Best regards @andrejmcclendon

same! enjoy your steemit life, i am loving it so far!

I think the power of money will weaken over time. The Internet will move to the units. Even today, we can see that there are those who are digging bitcoin in the house. Such and such inventions or roads break the power at the end.

The theory and hope is a sound one. Sadly the base nature of all human beings is hard, cruel and selfish, transcending our nature is a very difficult thing to even attempt let alone achieve. It's why holy men and women are always so revered.

I've always liked the idea of making that which seems impossible, possible.

making the impossible - I'm possible

I concur, I like the idea but its hard to argue with reality. In many ways its the journey towards a better world which matters the most in the end.

Human can't pass the limit of seeking for money.. Money is essential, we all need it..The inception of money has intentionally created most of the stress and fear that people feel in their lives.

Ya it's like our collective God - haha

Who knows - maybe we will walk a transformative process - I'm open to it :)

No. We can't even run a world with money right. :(

hahaha - oh man you gave me a good laugh out loud. I appreciate your directness!

I think it's possible - but that's a Massive level of change - like way beyond Bitcoin hitting 1 Million + and Litecoin being around the same but 4-5 to 1 in relationship to bitcoin...like 200k to 250k - that's like small potatoes in comparison to the change we are talking about.

Thanks for your comment.

For the record - I am glad to hear your search is over @mysearchisover :)

We should already be able to eliminate poverty in the world but totally fail. :(

I own mysearchisover.com

Thank you and thank you for the upvote. :) I need to add steemit to my website.

you explained it quite beautifully then i don't think anyone could explain that well enough thanks for sharing

thanks for the support friend :)

The crypto world sure will make a way to work out the conflict in near future as the evolution of new coins are getting everyday !

we're on this ride together brother :)

HOPE TO SEE SOMETHING GOOD !

Nice article sir🙂
Money is not the root of all evil but greed is and since there are no trees growing free cash, no dollar bills raining from the sky into our purses and wallets, most of us live in a world of budgets. But, the good thing is, when you take control of your money, you take control of your life, too.
