Short history of Peer-to-Peer Energy Protocol.

There are many people that has invested in PowerCoin (PWR). As the coin was abounded a few times in its coin life, one new guy that took over the PWRcoin and was looking for a way to revive this old almost dead coin.

He noticed that there where some errors in the original PWRcoin wallet's coding and that the surplus amount of coins in the market was not going to help either.

The dev created a token on the waves platform called PowerToken, and was going to use this token to set a new standard for the PWRcoin community, by allowing PWRcoin holders to swap their coins for some new PowerTokens, and then burn the PWRcoins to reduce the amount of coins in the market. Thus he wanted to help those that did not want to swap and then he was going to bring a new direction to the PowerToken.

As with any community there were those that did not want the change to happen.

The dev then looked at everything and wanted a break and handed the PWRcoin over with its progress up to that point to a new dev team. The dev quickly noticed that his idea of creating a stable, sustainable coin or token will not happen the way he wanted it to happen and he took charge again, and allow the new dev team to continue on there own with the revival of the PWRcoin, but still kept the PowerTokens under his control.

That is then that he started looking at the project from a completely different perspective and saw that the way forward would be on the Ethereum platform as a ERC20 token.

This is then how Peer-to-Peer Perpetual Energy Protocol (PEP) was born.

What is next for Peer-to-Peer Perpetual Energy Protocol (PEP).

The dev knew that he would not be able to give the project its full potential, and started to get some people together to form a core team for this project that can help get the project up and running.

The core team team members are working hard to get this project launched as soon as possible, so that those that have invested in the project by swapping their PWRcoins to PowerTokens can have a truly good, sound and solid investment.

The one thing that the team has announced so far is that the the word Perpetual will fall away, to give it a more suitable name Peer-to-Peer Energy Protocol.
