What is the next 10x/100x cryptocurrency and why?

Lots of people looking for the next big thing. I'm interested in something that is very low market cap (preferably <$10 million) that has a chance to explode in the next few months.

Raiblocks sort of came out of nowhere and I hadn't even heard of it before this huge rise, but many people must have. Are there are any influential forums or sites that others turn to for good ideas?

Any leads?
