A Fairy Tale about Forbidden Sky

Once all people walked only looking down, because their kings told them that it's dangerous to look up. There's a sun up there and it will blind a reckless watcher. Kings had no doubts that free people looking up can bring only disaster to the kingdom.

One day a mysterious Japanese guy looked up at night and discovered the moon and the stars. He shared it with his friends, they shared with their, so more and more people started to look up and enjoy the night sky
As time passed, public observatories were built by private companies and innovate inventors started to launch fireworks.

But kings feared people looking up because they were free people which have chosen to believe in their own truth regardless of rulers' official story.
Official law directly forbidding looking at the stars would be ridiculous.. So kings plotted together to trick the people away from the sky by using ancient Roman principle: Divide And Conquer. As always, they started from most vulnerable and singled out ones: observatories and firework inventors .
One king just ordered all this shut down. Second played "good guy" according to conspiracy (because sudden urgent world-wide law would rise suspicions about the actual reasons), so he considered to leave some sandbox observatories open but let in only certified astronomers.
