I have been doing research on this coin for the past couple of weeks and from what I have found it looks very promising for the near future, 1-3 month window.

Pros:
Active community on slack
Virtually no marketing done yet, leaving room to expand
An actual working product that is being actively developed, that is more than I can say for 95% of the other shitcoins
No significant pumps. The graph shows a very steady upward trend.
Very low marketcap. Technical analysis looks very strong, I am projecting 4x increase in the near future.
Very solid concept, good niche. Cuts out the middleman. There is no fee paid for a transaction using the service.
Plans to peg BitBay to the USD.

A single developer, David Zimbeck. When you google "David Zimbeck" the first link that comes up is: "GET THAT SCAMMER DAVID ZIMBECK OUT OF CRYPTO FOR GOOD" from bitcointalk.org. How valid that thread is I'm not sure.

Interested in hearing the communities thoughts on this promising project.

There will be a decentralized ebay platform, whether it turns out to be BitBay or not, the niche will be huge.
