2. Providing time based discounts in order to lure investors to invest early without doing proper research

3. Heavy advertising on ROI

4. Anonymous team or Fake team

5. Unsustainable Business Promises

6. Excessive use of stock images

7. Advisers for the project are also involved in many other projects, most likely this could be buying of advisers

8. Parent company is failing or running out of money so they pivot to blockchain to raise fund and stay afloat.

9. Whitepaper is poorly written with spelling mistakes and grammatical errors

10. No Proof of Concept
