You will soon be able to stake your zPIV and we're calling it: zPoS.

Remember that we introduced our own custom Zerocoin protocol in October 2017 which we called zPIV?

With zPIV we achieved true anonymity for the first time in a Proof of Stake coin.

While being an incredible achievement, there was one little detail our developers wanted to add to it. Currently, users who choose to remain anonymous and have their investment stored as zPIV instead of 'regular' PIV are opting out of staking rewards in order to remain private. We didn’t think that was right so our developers have been working really hard to make staking of zPIV possible and we have great news:

You will soon be able to stake your zPIV and we're calling it: zPoS.

With zPoS (zPIV Proof of Stake) you will be able to maintain your anonymity while earning staking rewards, simultaneously.

Staking zPIV has three key benefits for everyone who chooses to utilize zPoS:

• There's a higher block reward compared to staking PIV. (more rewards!)
• Your coins will remain private while staking.
• You will help with constant generation of new mints in the zPIV pool (accumulator), greatly increasing its liquidity for future zPIV spends, as well as obscurity.

Higher block rewards

With zPoS you will be able to stake zPIV just like normal PIV, but you will earn higher rewards. With the new block reward system, zPIV staking block reward will be 50% larger than PIV staking rewards!
