Hope for Crypto Ban in India
I don't know many things but I hope that in a period of few months cryptocurrency will be legal in India. You can say this is my hope or whatever you want to say. All this is my analysis by observing and thinking about all the activities going around, it gives a sign of legalization of crypto in India. Time may be taken but it will be legalize soon.

Rather than explore and exploit this amazing technology, they choose to ban it.
More than insanity they want to keep the money and keep it with the riches. That's a strategy unfortunately they are not aware that India is not in the 1940's - I am beginning to believe the 80:20 rule will gradually change in the long run ! just a thought - lool The banks are opposing cryptos too coz they are the one's lending the money they dont even own! they are just middlemen and scam people of ...on a more deeper level cryptos can bring in a HUGE transformation
@mehta i also think that bitcoin will be legal in india soon. I think big players are playing their game in india. Because they need the right price for entry. For that right price they need some reason right, that's why they are creating all these news. That's my thought. What do think @mehta?

क्रिप्टोकरेंसी भविष्य की मुद्रा है,अगर दुनिया की महाशक्तियां इसे और इसके प्रचलन को स्वीकार कर रही हैं ,तो कहीं न कीं आने वाले समय की ये एक धुंधली तस्वीर है! भारत सरकार या कहीं की भी सरकार इसके लेन -देन को केवल बैंक से रोक सकती है,लेकिन इसके नकद लेन -देन को रोक पाना काफी कठिन होगा,क्रिप्टोकरेंसी मुद्रा स्थानांतरण को काफी सुगम बनाती है,और कहीं न कीं इसमे प्रत्येक देश का एक बेहतर आर्थिक भविष्य छिपा हुआ है,रही बात की यह आतंकवादी या घोटालेयुक्त गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देगी तो इस बात से मैं पूरी तरह असहमत हूं,क्यौं कि ये गतिविधियां तो fiat मुद्राओं से तो कब से होती चली आ रही हैं|किसी भी देश में अगर कोइ कदम उठाना है तो इन मुद्राओं को ban करने की जगह बेहतर तकनीकी रूप से इसके प्रचलन को regulate करना चाहिये,और जितनी भी नयी ICO से scam हो रहें हैं इन्हे रोकने के लिये रोबोट्स का इस्तेमाल किया जाना चाहिये| किसी ने सत्य कहा है:

@mehta I also don't think india going to ban Bitcoin. And if they ban that we as an Indian going back atleast 5 to 10 years in terms of technology.
As atun jetly sir already said we are thinking on the ways to regulate cryptocurrency.
So I am sure India not going to ban it. But still RBI not allowing Banks to give their services to crypto exchanges will surly create problem after 5th July.
Let's see what will happen on 5th July. May be next date will be announce for hearing. But till the time no decision come from supreme Court we have to face little problem for fund withdrawal after 5th June.
I would like to know your thoughts on the same.

If crypto will ban in india , why would M. Ambani invested in his own blockchain and india's first crypto asset(according to my knowledge) "JIOCOIN"?..
He must have known something positive news about the SC result that we don't know..right?
So , we shouldn't come in trap of anyone , should #HODL !

I am too much positive about legalization. This is temporary phase and it will legalize soon. Because the big investor from India have to invest in crypto currency so they ban it through govt. and after their proper quantity buy they open the ban from India. Cheers!
Or say i have 6th sense, it will open soon.

I dont think so , M. Ambani's son Akash Amabani is working with 50 blockchain developers and they have completed the developement.
Also i read somewhere that INFOSYS is working with 7 indian banks to implement india's blockchain based banking system..lets see what will happen after 20 July

According to me The game Between RBI and Government will come to an end very soon. Bitcoin is basically an important asset of Japan which is a key friend of India and has a provided a loan to India at a low-interest rate. If India will Ban Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies then the direct impact will be on the Japanese economy and they will have to face a downfall. So automatically the conclusion comes out that if India wants to maintain healthy relationships with Japan then it will not Ban bitcoin in any situation.
In a few days to come India will definitely make bitcoin legal with tax imposition. This will become the major revenue generating source for the country as cryptocurrencies are the future of the nation and one has to accept this fact.

You are thinking correct, the Govt. can't ban it for long term. It will be open soon with some regulations and tax.
