Is Regal Coin is a Scam?? From last 10 days people with huge amount are not able to withdraw money

Now, my question is people with less amount are able to withdraw money and people with more than 1k are not able to withdraw there money. This means that there are two server for the people who have invested less than 1k and people who have invested more than 1k.
So, please do not invest in regal coin unless we get a clear picture. So that we will not lose our hard earn money.

These high yield investments aren't much good if the money cannot be withdrawn.

If you decide to invest, just be careful and don't invest too much. Even though withdrawals are working fine you gotta be careful.
I'd stick with Bitconnect and just put a bit into RegalCoin as a backup.
